The latest movers: Robyn Yates-Gajjar and Sid Gajjar, Grauman Rosenfeld Group, Chad Schwendeman, Victoria Fisher

Las Vegas luxury leaders Yates-Gajjar and Gajjar bet on SIR
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, and that's true for a luxury team with deep roots in the local real estate market. But they are making one big move, joining up with Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty.
Robyn Yates-Gajjar and Sid Gajjar are bringing their team to the brand, which has just opened a new 12,000 square foot Las Vegas headquarters.
"It is an exciting day for my team, my career and our clients. Sid and I are infused with a renewed spark of energy and passion," said Robyn Yates-Gajjar. "Las Vegas is an international brand with tourists, celebrities and property owners alike traveling from all corners of the world to experience our incomparable lifestyle. Joining forces with Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty provides our clients global exposure and sophisticated marketing that is crucial to the success of real estate transactions in our city."
The Las Vegas lifestyle has been central to Yates-Gajjar's career for decades. In 1996, she shifted from the resort industry to real estate, founding a boutique firm specializing in luxury lifestyle properties in and around Las Vegas.
Yates-Gajjar and her team will support Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty offices serving Las Vegas, Henderson and Lake Las Vegas.
Luxury Real Estate TV teams Harris, Parnes, Grauman and Rosenfeld form new "Bond"
It's like a television crossover event, only real life as celebrity luxury real estate agents from two reality shows team up to form a new team called "Bond Collective."
The new super-group finds Adam Rosenfeld and Jon Grauman from Netflix's "Buying Beverly Hills" joining forces with Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" alumni James Harris and David Parnes. Lauren Grauman, current CEO of the Grauman Rosenfeld group, will continue in that role in the newly formed team, which will operate out of The Agency office in Beverly Hills.
The four star agents involved in the merger are on track to bring in a combined $1.4 billion in sales this year and career totals of more than $9 billion, making Bond Collective one of the highest-ranking teams in the U.S.
Despite the quartet's Hollywood pedigrees, the name Bond Collective was inspired not by the fictional British agent, but by the strong friendship between the principals, which has spanned 10 years.
"This merger is extremely meaningful to all four of us. It's very exciting to think about what we can do collectively. Building a successful business is rewarding, but doing it with your friends makes it far more gratifying," Rosenfeld said.
Harris continued: "The synergy between our two teams is going to create a force to be reckoned with! We've known Jon, Adam and Lauren for 10 years and we have tremendous admiration for what they've built."
In the 'Land of 10,000 Lakes,' eXp lands Schwendeman Group
Minnesota-based Chad Schwendeman and his team are eXp's latest "big catch." Schwendeman will leave Exit Realty Premier after nearly a decade to join eXp Realty, he announced this month.
Schwendeman said in a blog post that he's been mulling it over for the past year. "It's hard because I love everybody at EXIT. I love the corporate team, and I love the EXIT family. However, it just felt like it was time for me to make a switch."
Schwendeman said his team has outgrown EXIT, where he felt like "big fish in a small pond," closing over 800 transactions a year. The Chad Schwendeman Real Estate Group topped $276 million in sales in 2020 and nearly $267 million in 2021. Schwendeman is the only four-time winner of EXIT Realty's Tri-Real-A-Thon Award for excellence in sales production, listings taken and introducing others to the company.
"What I'm most excited about is being able to collaborate with some of the very top-performing teams in the country. To have that under one umbrella is really exciting."
Based in Baxter, Minn., Schwendeman says he looks forward to having more connections with Minneapolis agents now that his team is part of eXp.
"We're located two hours north of Minneapolis. Lots of lakes; it's a prime vacation-second home area. And there's just three eXp agents in our marketplace. So, to be able to control the narrative and build our brand is exciting," he says.
"In Minneapolis, they're going like gangbusters, so to be part of that and the referral network is huge for us. So we're super excited to be collaborating and sharing referrals back and forth with the Twin Cities agents."
Victoria Fisher Team moving to Fortune Christie's International Real Estate
In a homecoming of sorts, Florida luxury specialist Victoria Fisher and her team have jumped to Fortune Christie's International Real Estate.
The Miami-Dade and Broward counties specialist and her team closes an average of $40 million in sales per year. Fisher plans to expand her team of four under the Fortune Christie's International Real Estate brand.
While Fisher has been with ONE Sotheby's International Realty for more than six years, Fisher was with Fortune International early in her residential real estate career.
