KW partner firm Livian taps former Side VP
Jon Boller has been named president of Livian, the Keller Williams-affiliated lead generation, marketing and HR platform for agents and teams.
Boller, the former VP for strategy at Side, will focus on scaling the Livian business, according to a news release. Prior to his role at Side, Boller was senior director of new ventures at Zillow.
"With Jon's track record of success scaling businesses in the real estate industry, we are excited for him to jump in and make a tangible impact on the growth and efficiency of Livian from day one," said Livian CEO Adam Hergenrother in the announcement.
Livian currently serves 72 real estate teams across 35 states. This year alone, the firm has added 36 teams to its ranks and closed 2,685 deals valued at $943.5 million in sales volume.
"I'm incredibly honored and humbled to join Livian as we continue on a journey to empower real estate agents and fuel their unparalleled productivity," Boller said of joining the company. "Together, we will transform and enrich consumers' and real estate professionals' lives through world-class experience and service."
Century 21 leader takes designated managing broker role with eXp
Jason Engle, a 20-year veteran real estate professional, has taken a designated managing broker role with eXp Realty for their Indiana operation.
Engle will oversee a team of 850 real estate agents across the state and covering multiple MLS territories. He will also serve on the board of directors for the Indiana Association of Realtors.
Earlier in his real estate career, Engle was a team leader at @properties before moving to a Century 21 affiliate, where he has spent the last 13 years, most recently as the regional VP of sales.
"This move is less about me and more about the 850+ Indiana agents on our team, our talented staff members and the clients who we all serve during these extraordinary times," Engle said in the announcement. "I am also excited to serve the interests of every agent and property owner across all of Indiana in my bonus role on the IAR Board."
