Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

CubiCasa inks floor plan deal with CRMLS

CubiCasa is expanding the reach of its floor plan creation tool via a new partnership with the country's largest MLS.

The Finnish real estate software company announced it is collaborating with California Regional MLS to provide its floor plan app and other services to the organization's more than 110,000 subscribers.

CRMLS CEO Art Carter said the partnership is a win for buyers and for CRMLS. "We strongly believe that floor plans create a better home buying experience for consumers and provide valuable data to the MLS compilation," Carter said in a news release.

The release also cited data from NAR's latest Home Buyers and Sellers Survey, which found that buyers consider floor plans to be one of the most desirable data assets on a home listing.

The partnership is just the latest move for CubiCasa. The company has been cementing deals with MLSs and brokerage companies across the U.S. since debuting its floor plan app late last year. It recently partnered with RE/MAX, and in July, announced the addition of 10 MLS partners.

Relevate expands partnership with SCAR

Real estate technology company Relevate is providing additional services to Florida's Space Coast Association of Realtors.

Relevate, formerly known as MMSI, announced it will now offer its Single Sign-On (SSO) Dashboard and Communications Center products to the Merritt Island-based MLS and its 5,000+ subscribers.

SCAR CEO Lindsey Ruschak said the software package will allow her staff and broker members to communicate more efficiently and eliminates the need for a third-party member communication system. "The robust usage data will help inform our future member product and service decisions, ensuring that our offerings are in sync with members' needs," said Ruschak in a news release.

Relevate said its SSO Dashboard product "handles identity management, collects actionable usage data to guide management decisions and sends target communications to drive user engagement."

The Communication Center product facilitates internal communications by sending automated reminders for classes, invoices, license expiration dates and other upcoming events through email, text and instant message.

DirectOffer, FIABCI-USA extend access to digital tours

More prospective homebuyers can get a personalized, digital tour of a house in more than 20 languages, thanks to a new partnership between DirectOffer and the International Real Estate Federation's U.S. division (FIABCI-USA).

The Nashville technology company announced a deal granting exclusive access to its DO AudioTours product to members of FIABCI-USA. The product uses artificial intelligence to convert a conventional property listing into a dynamic multimedia tour combining home photography with custom audio descriptions of a property.

FIABCI-USA President Carla Rayman Kidd said she found the technology, which will enable clients to view listings in their native languages, "exceedingly compelling."

Real estate agents can personalize DO AudioTours by recording a 30-second voice narration to accompany listing photos.

Delta Media Group launches new digital marketing platform

Delta Media Group announced the release of its newest, mobile-ready digital marketing platform: DeltaNET7.

The CRM-based marketing platform is designed to be an "all-in-one brokerage solution," enabling large real estate brokerages to create and design a custom-branded platform to assist their agents, administrative staff and other employees.

The new platform is integrated with Delta Custom Websites and includes the company's Delta Academy online training system, a one-click CMA, and additional digital marketing tools.

DeltaNET7 also helps brokerages get the word out online with social media and email marketing features. The platform's Social Connector automates social media posts for agents, while the My Customer For Life feature creates a dynamic, email newsletter with new content each week customized for the end user's interests based on their previous engagement.
