Keller Williams has announced two promotions geared toward growing its regional markets.
Two veteran agents and longtime KW leaders have moved into new positions this month: Wendi Harrelson was appointed president of KWRI-owned regions, while John Clidy took over as vice president of growth. Both appointments went into effect on Dec. 12.
Harrelson started as an agent at KW more than 30 years ago, becoming a "mega agent" 10 years into her career and moving into the role of team leader.
Since then, she has held a variety of leadership positions for the brokerage, including regional director and divisional leader, and has opened a number of offices.
Clidy joined KW more than a decade ago and also achieved mega agent status, growing his team to more than 400 agents. He has taken on several leadership roles with the brokerage, including market center operating principal.
Clidy is also an author, according to his LinkedIn account, and previously had a 17-year career with the New Jersey State Police.
"Wendi has inspired, trained, and recruited many of our best agents, team leaders, and operating principals," said Mark Willis, CEO at KW. "And John understands how to serve our market center leaders at the highest level."
