People on the Move: Realty ONE elevates 5 women execs

Growing brokerage firm Realty ONE Group International has announced the promotion of five "powerhouse women" to significant leadership positions.

Cory Vasquez, the firm's chief marketing officer, will now also take on the role of co-president as current president Vinnie Tracey prepares to retire. Vasquez has been with Realty ONE since 2019 and previously led public relations at RE/MAX for more than 11 years.

Kathy Baker, who also joined the company in 2019, was promoted from executive VP of learning to the new role of chief coaching officer, overseeing the brokerage company's training programs. Baker started her real estate career in 1996 as a broker with RE/MAX, and prior to Realty ONE, served as a senior training consultant for RE/MAX University.

Sarah Johnson was promoted to VP of human resources, moving up from a senior director position. She has been with Realty ONE since 2021 and has worked in human resources across multiple industries for more than a decade.

Taylor Christensen was promoted to VP of marketing and business partners, and Casey Grier moved up to the role of director of ONE Support, working with franchise owners and affiliates.
