Providing consistent follow-up is a common challenge for many real estate professionals — but MoxiWorks aims to help solve that problem with its latest product release.

The company announced a new version of its RISE platform today, which includes improved client follow-up, marketing and outreach capabilities.

Feeding the right leads to agents: "RISE moves beyond reactive AI," the company said, highlighting Top 5 Contacts, the platform's flagship new feature. The AI-driven tool uses AI to identify five contacts each day for agents to prioritize based on engagement, activity and relationship signals in the database. It will then surface key information about the client, such as property preferences, that the agent can use in their proactive outreach.

The new version of RISE will also be integrated into the companion app, sending alerts so agents can track daily priorities while on the go. Additional enhancements will roll out monthly throughout 2026, according to a company news release.

A holistic approach to workflow: The update reflects MoxiWorks' mission to improve how work actually gets done through AI instead of just adding more bells and whistles, noted Ashley Fidler, chief product officer at MoxiWorks.

"My focus is really how you bring AI and workflow automation and different product features together in order to connect the dots so you can actually drive an entire business workflow," Fidler said during a pre-release press conference.

Digital marketing integrations: The updated platform will also offer a two-way integration with Canva that allows users to create branded content in the popular design tool with listing data pulled from RISE, and it incorporates Promote, a proprietary digital advertising tool that converts listings and "brand moments" into social media ads.

Taken as a whole, the updates are intended to help agents move from the planning phase to completion more quickly, and facilitate proactive and targeted client follow-up.

Born out of transformation: "We set out to transform MoxiWorks from the inside out, and RISE is proof of that work," Eric Elfman, CEO of MoxiWorks, said in the announcement.

The enhanced platform, he added, demonstrates how the company's commitment to "disrupt ourselves" is "turning into real product momentum for brokerages and their agents."
