Top 1000 Brokerages (Mega 1000) by Sales Volume

T3 Sixty ranks the nation's top 1,000 residential real estate brokerages by sales volume as of Dec. 31, 2021. The report also includes the top 100 brokerages by transaction sides and agent count. This survey shows that the industry's largest brokerages are increasingly capturing more sales volume and transaction side market share.

Highlights

Compass moved into the top spot with $254.2 billion in sales volume, surpassing Realogy Brokerage Group's (rebranded as Anywhere in June 2022) $243.9 billion.
HomeServices of America ranks No. 3 with $198.7 billion in sales volume.
Collectively, the sales volume of the nation's five largest residential brokerages rose by more than 50%, from $600 billion in 2020 to just over $900 billion in 2021.
The top 1,000 brokerages handled 59.3% of the total sales volume done by the nation's estimated 86,000 brokerages.
