T3 Sixty's Leadership Rankings present the most powerful and influential leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry in 2022. It's the ninth year of the rankings, also known as the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200).

Highlights

Gary Keller, co-founder and executive chairman of kwx, tops the 2022 list as the most powerful person in residential real estate.
Glenn Sanford, founder and CEO of eXp World Holdings, and Ryan Schneider, president and CEO of Realogy Holdings Corp. (rebranded as Anywhere Real Estate in June 2022), round out the top three.
Candidates for the list are evaluated based on eight criteria, including their current role, their tenure with their company and in the residential real estate brokerage industry, and the size of their organization and its financial resources.

Members of the list are associated with expertise in one of these categories: Brokerage Services, Organized Real Estate, Technology Services, Other Services, the Watchlist and Outside Influencers.
