Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

MLSListings adds CoreLogic's Prospects CRM

MLSListings, which serves the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and California coastal regions, has announced the integration of CoreLogic's Prospects CRM. This new feature will provide its 17,000 subscribers with a premium, fully-featured customer relationship management tool at no extra cost.

"Prospects CRM gives our members a powerful new tool that will help them manage clients in the most efficient and effective way possible," said Dave Wetzel, President and CEO of MLSListings.

Subscribers have highlighted the importance of a CRM in enhancing client follow-up and marketing efforts, but also called out challenges: lack of integration with multiple listing information and client insights, upsell charges and the need to adapt to a new CRM when switching firms.

Prospects CRM also offers integrations with other CoreLogic solutions, including Matrix and the MLS-Touch mobile app.

MIAMI offering Milestones Labs homeowner hubs

The Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI) is partnering with Milestones Labs to provide MIAMI's 60,000 members free access to award-winning homeowner management technology.

Members will be able to offer clients self-branded online homeowner portals designed to alleviate the stress of homeownership. These hubs will consolidate various aspects of homeownership, such as home finances and recommended local service providers, positioning the Realtor as the go-to resource for all home-related queries.

"MIAMI Realtors sees three clear benefits to offering Milestones hubs, including support for people relocating to South Florida, secure cloud-based storage for all important documents that homeowners need access to in the event of a disaster, like a hurricane, and access to contractors who can help homeowners maintain their property," MIAMI Chief of MLS and Innovation Liz Sturrock said.

Reggora introduces Uber-style appraisal fulfillment

Reggora, an appraisal management software company, has announced the release of its Appraisal Marketplace, which uses an Uber-style algorithm to match lenders with appraisers.

The traditional process of assigning appraisal orders is based on an appraiser's general location and performance. Reggora's Appraisal Marketplace is designed to leverage real-time data from the company's Appraisal Management Platform to match orders with appraisers more effectively for quicker turnaround times, lower revision rates and minimal fee escalation.

Jim Dell'Anno, VP & Sales Director, North Easton Savings Bank, noted a "35% improvement in turn times" within weeks of using the platform.

Evocalize integrates generative AI into its EVOLVE suite

Evocalize, known for its advanced digital marketing technology, has announced the addition of generative AI ad copy to its EVOLVE suite of marketing tools.

The feature leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to automatically create ad copy and headlines. It also enables users to customize their ad copy according to different styles and tones.

"Our generative AI capabilities give franchisees the ability to quickly tailor their marketing programs to their local customers and prospects without needing to become marketing experts to write compelling messaging," said Matthew Marx, CEO of Evocalize.
