ARDI AI gets trained to provide quick answers to MLS users; Stellar adds Rayse to shine a light on agents’ efforts to support clients.
Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
Markt introduces AI-driven MLS support assistant
MLS consulting firm Markt has partnered with AI solutions provider Voiceflip to introduce ARDI, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to streamline support for MLSs and real estate associations, the company announced this week. The new ARDI AI tool will soon be available to the more than 60,000 MLS subscribers in Markt's network, offering instant responses to inquiries about MLS systems, services and industry-related topics.
The tool doesn't yet have an official release date, a Markt rep said over email, adding that the team is still "training the AI, loading knowledge bases and getting it up and running internally."
ARDI — which is short for Artificial Reasoning and Decision Intelligence — will support more than 25 languages and will operate across text, voice, websites, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. The AI assistant will enhance accessibility and efficiency for real estate professionals seeking quick answers on their preferred platforms.
The tool will handle "the flood of repetitive member questions with zero burnout, instant accuracy, and 24/7 availability," as noted on ARDI's website — a pitch similar to that of other new AI products. But Markt General Manager Betsy Hanson said in a news release that the tool will also "give MLS subscribers quick and accurate answers, freeing our staff for bigger challenges" by helping to lighten the load of administrative duties, improve service speed, lower operational costs and enhance member interactions.
Stellar MLS offers Rayse to help agents show their value
Florida's largest MLS is teaming up with Rayse, a platform created to provide homebuyers and sellers with data-driven insights as they engage in one of life's most complicated and emotional transactions.
CEO Merri Jo Cowen said Stellar MLS will help its brokers "keep clients informed every step of the way so they can truly understand and appreciate their value."
Rayse includes a range of features, from a buyer's presentation to a closing report that highlights important decisions and milestones. It also offers a client portal with offer comparisons that allow agents to highlight their expertise.
"We are stepping into a new chapter in real estate, where success hinges on transparency and effective communication with consumers," said Christian Dwiggins, the co-founder and co-CEO of Rayse along with James Dwiggins, an innovator and brokerage leader. "Our platform strengthens the agent-client bond, and introduces a level of clarity and engagement that real estate has never seen before."
