ListAssist 'incredibly excited' to join Inside Real Estate
Inside Real Estate has announced the acquisition of ListAssist, a startup that offers AI-enhanced search as well as image and data automation and optimization.
"We are thrilled to welcome ListAssist to the Inside Real Estate family, and begin delivering this first-of-its-kind capabilities to our clients," Inside Real Estate CEO Joe Skousen said in a statement.
Incorporating ListAssist to the Inside Real Estate ecosystem "unlocks a new world of data and insights," Skousen added. Search information will feed into the BoldTrail CRM, which allows agents to create stronger connections with consumers. ListAssist tech also automates the creation of listing descriptions, generating SEO-optimized content by analyzing images.

industry," said Chris McGoldrick, founder of ListAssist. The company has secured several significant partnerships over the past year, including a deal with Howard Hanna last fall.
RealScout rolls out 'Exclusives'
RealScout, the tech engine driving brokerage offerings such as Howard Hanna's "Find It First," is now officially offering its "Exclusives" platform to brokerages looking for additional control over how its listings are managed and distributed.
RealScout CEO Andrew Flachner, who founded the company and returned to the top leadership role in January, said RealScout's listings technology — which "continuously analyzes buyer behavior" to provide automatic updates — reflects years of honing, dating back to 2019.
"Whether brokerages decide to engage with exclusive listings or not, they need to be prepared — and our battle-tested solution provides that readiness," Flachner said in a statement.
Hoby Hanna, CEO of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, said "RealScout's platform matches both our exclusive and new inventory to our buyer clients in real time, creating exposure and urgency."
