Veteran NYC luxury agents join Compass
New York-based real estate broker Julie Pham has moved to Compass after 20 years at Corcoran, creating the Julie Pham Team with collaborator and fellow industry veteran Angela Remigio.
Pham, who specializes in the upscale West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, reached $47 million in sales volume in 2023, according to a news release. The team will focus on serving the city's high-profile clients and extending their reach to other affluent markets including Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco, as well as Europe and the Middle East.
"After two decades in New York real estate, I've watched the market evolve alongside the people who drive it," Pham said in the announcement. "Yet, one thing remains constant — New York City's enduring appeal as the epicenter of career opportunities, cultural vibrancy, and unmatched intellectual energy."
Adding that supply will likely remain tight, she believes "the long-term trajectory for prices in this city is upward, reinforcing its status as one of the world's most resilient real estate markets."
Remigio is also moving over from Corcoran, where she spent more than 12 years. Compass Tri State Vice President Gordon Golub welcomed the team, calling it "an incredible opportunity to build the future together."
ERA affiliate picks up longtime Chicago indie
Results Realty ERA Powered has expanded its presence in the Chicagoland area with the acquisition of Mark Allen Realty, an independent brokerage founded in 2004, the company announced this week.
The acquisition gives St. Charles-based Results Realty two more offices — Mark Allen's Chicago and Arlington Heights locations — and nearly 50 more agents, bringing the total agent count across the three branches to 80. Mark Allen Realty broker/owner Matt Liss will remain with the firm, which now operates as Mark Allen Realty ERA Powered.
"We are all very excited about the expanded opportunities and resources this new business relationship offers," Liss said in the announcement, citing improved support and training systems and a larger collaborative network as key benefits of being part of a "stronger, unified company."
Results Realty broker/owner Judy Cox, a 25-year industry veteran, founded the company in 2013. She views the acquisition as a first step in accelerating the firm's growth, positioning it to "attract top talent, broaden our market reach, and leverage advanced tools and resources to provide even greater value to agents and clients alike."
"We see tremendous potential in combining our strengths with theirs, creating opportunities to serve more clients, support more agents and foster a greater sense of community," Cox added.
