Zillow unveils its latest ShowingTime+ agent product
An enhanced, feature-rich Appointment Center offers several new efficiency-oriented tools for agent users.
Key points:
- The updated Appointment Center offers a suite of tools intended to improve agent efficiency.
- A newer version of the app with additional features is launching later this summer.
- It’s part of a larger rollout of ShowingTime+ products, including Listing Media Services and Listing Showcase, which will launch in the coming months.
Zillow has launched a low-cost software package through ShowingTime+ designed to help agents work more efficiently.
The Appointment Center has a variety of features to improve listing management and reduce the back-and-forth of setting showing appointments. Agents have already been using the product for years, but the updated platform offers additional features and tools, said Mike Lane, vice president of sales and industry affairs for ShowingTime+.
"We know agents value efficiency when they consider what tools to use in their business," Lane said in an email. "That's why the new Appointment Center now includes key products and reports from ShowingTime+ that are designed to help agents be nimble, price quickly, seamlessly manage offers, and more — all to help boost their efficiency — combined in a single, streamlined package and all at a lower price."
The suite of products in the Appointment Center, which are available to agents with a $15/month subscription, include Offer Manager for organizing offers and related contact details, the Target Market Analysis Report to help agents set the right list price, and a Pricing Benchmark Report to adjust the list price when needed.
Lane said the Appointment Center is supported by hundreds of staff who are available to help agents 24 hours a day.
Later this summer, subscribers will gain access to an improved version of the app that offers streamlined booking options and other features.
Additional product rollouts underway
Zillow has been busy rolling out a variety of products and services through its ShowingTime+ platform.
Listing Media Services, an on-demand booking service that allows agents to schedule a professional photographer for listing photos as well as interactive floor plans and virtual tours, recently launched in Miami and Nashville, bringing the total number of markets served to 28. Zillow introduced the service in January and plans to add more markets in the coming weeks.
A new service, Listing Showcase, will launch later this summer. It is designed to help agents elevate their brand and win more listings, according to the company.
