MoxiWorks adds Local Logic to its network
Local Logic, a location intelligence platform, has joined the MoxiWorks network.
The MoxiCloud open platform has more than 150 technology partners, according to the company.
The Local Logic platform combines traditional real estate data like property history, demographics and market comparisons to build a digital representation of cities. It is the first neighborhood intelligence platform to join the MoxiWorks network, said Krista Thomsen, MoxiWorks' director of strategic partnerships.
"With neighborhood profiles, local demographics, location scores, points of interest and much more added to the listings on your website, those listings will stand out against other websites and the MLS," Thomsen said.
CubiCasa unveils new 3D product for listings
The real estate software company CubiCasa, which specializes in floor plan creation, has a 3D product set that provides greater detail and color to better mirror the reality of the property.
The products, which will be rolled out in the coming weeks, are designed to help real estate photographers expand the services they offer to customers without additional effort, according to a news release.
"In designing these new 3D products, we wanted to stay true to our 'simple and efficient five minute scan' mantra, while offering new and innovative ways to market property listings," said Jeff Allen, President of CubiCasa. "Photographers now have instant access to a premium service for their customers, and agents can help their listings stand out like never before. This moves us another step closer to empowering home buyers and agents with floor plans on every listing in the U.S."
Central Virginia MLS, UtahRealEstate.com add Restb.ai products
Restb.ai has partnered with Central Virginia Regional MLS and UtahRealEstate.com to implement its MLS AI Product Suite.
UtahRealEstate.com is also now using the platform to enable instant photo scanning to automatically display photo descriptions, room types and photo tagging. The MLS covers most of Utah and has about 20,000 members.
"We wanted to lead the real estate industry in using artificial intelligence to transform the search experience for our members and the clients they serve," said Brad Bjelke, CEO of UtahRealEstate.com. "As the photo database builds, searches will become more powerful, the data will be enriched, and the possibilities for searching will go far beyond what we could have imagined 10 years ago."
For CVR MLS, the integration of Restb.ai products will automate listing creation, unlock data sets and validate property listings to MLS guidelines for the organization's 7,300-plus members, according to a news release.
Restb.ai technology, which processes more than one billion images monthly, according to the company, modernizes and speeds up the listing input process by analyzing photos and auto-populating relevant listing details extracted from the image.
Chime named a trusted eXp Solution Provider
Chime Technologies, which offers an acceleration sales platform, was named a Trusted Solution Provider for eXp Realty.
The platform is powered by artificial intelligence and offers a variety of features, including social media marketing. It will be available to all 88,000+ eXp agents.

DirectOffer added to LeadingRE Solutions Group
DirectOffer, which provides agent lead generation and marketing tools, is now included in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Solutions Group program.
The program has a global network of 550 real estate firms.
