Editor's note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Opendoor announces 'first of its kind' partnership with My State MLS

My State MLS will offer its 60,000 members the ability to get a cash offer on qualifying properties from Opendoor within minutes. It's something no other MLS offers, said the iBuyer, which launched an integration with eXp earlier this year

"We're proud to offer this industry-first, tech-forward tool exclusively to our agent network to include in their listing presentations," said Dawn Pfaff, founder and president of My State MLS, a national multiple listing service whose members can list properties in any state where they are licensed. "Opendoor's integrated cash offer API process is incredibly quick and seamless," Pfaff said.

After a My State MLS agent gets an estimated offer from Opendoor in one of the 50-plus markets the company operates in, that agent can choose to refer their client to the company or represent them. Either way, they will get a commission from Opendoor when an eligible transaction closes.

"Our partnership with My State MLS was formed with the goal of giving more options to home sellers," said Rhett Damon, Opendoor's general manager of MLS & vendor partnerships. "We know consumers value the experience and local knowledge of agents, so for those homeowners who also want a quick, simple, and certain way to sell, this is an ideal partnership."

Real Brokerage reveals inaugural suite of Real Partners

The Real Brokerage is launching Real Partners, a "curated suite of industry-leading preferred vendors, tools and services" selected to help agents grow their business and their personal brand.

"Our mission at Real is to provide our agents and teams with a platform of possibilities from which to reach their full potential," Real President Sharran Srivatsaa said. "Real Partners takes this idea one step further by providing a framework that empowers agents to align with some of the best and most innovative service providers."

The 10 inaugural vendors cover a range of categories: Assistantly, an offshore staffing company; Curaytor, "the industry's leading listing attraction platform"; Dee Signs, described as the nation's largest manufacturer of real estate signs; Docupost, for producing and mailing campaigns; Haven Financial, which provides accounting and financial strategy support; Lofty, a CRM and marketing solution; Luxury Presence, which focuses on growth marketing; The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, the credentialing body of the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation; Revive, which helps sellers maximize the impact of renovations, and Sierra Interactive, a software company that provides lead gen solutions.

CRMLS adds Lundy's voice-enabled search capabilities

California Regional MLS has signed on with Lundy, allowing people served by the nation's largest MLS to search for homes using their Alexa device.

CRMLS, which has more than 110,000 subscribers, will link its listings to Lundy's Finding Homes technology, which offers access to property data via voice commands.

Art Carter, CEO of CRMLS, described the Finding Homes technology as "user-friendly and intuitive." It will allow agents and consumers in Southern California to search for homes by saying, "Alexa, start Finding Homes" and then describing what they're after.

SWMLS kicks off partnership with RealReports

RealReports, which describes itself as an "AI-powered Carfax for homes,"  has officially launched its partnership with Southwest MLS.

The 4,500-plus members of SWMLS will be able to quickly get comprehensive details on properties, including zoning information, valuations, permits, remodel potential and rental potential.

"In these times, brokers must set themselves apart and offer unmatched value to their clients," said SWMLS President Sherry Fowler. "RealReports arrives as an innovative solution meeting this demand, and we anticipate it will become a vital component in the toolkit of our brokers."
