Fathom promotes execs at parent company, Realty division
Two C-level leaders at Fathom Holdings are moving into expanded roles at the fast-growing real estate brokerage and tech company.
Jon Gwin, who joined Fathom Holdings as chief operating officer in May, is taking on the newly created role of chief revenue officer, while Samantha Giuggio, formerly COO of Fathom Realty, has been promoted to the dual role of COO of Fathom Holdings and president of Fathom Realty.
Gwin said he's eager to "accelerate revenue growth and strengthen our strategic position in the marketplace" while remaining committed to innovation and adding long-term value.
Guiggio, meanwhile, has been "instrumental in cultivating high-performance teams and a collaborative culture," in her 14-plus years with the company, Fathom said in a statement. "It's an honor to step into this expanded role, building on the achievements of our agents and teams to enhance operational excellence across Fathom Holdings," Giuggio said.
"Jon's strategic acumen and revenue focus, coupled with Samantha's operational leadership, will be pivotal as we drive Fathom's expansion and create lasting value for our stakeholders," said Marco Fregenal, CEO of Fathom Holdings.
Inside Real Estate adds C-level product and revenue leaders
One of the industry's leading software companies, Inside Real Estate, has announced the addition of two new strategic leaders: Chief Product Officer Julia Laurin and Chief Revenue Officer Josh Johnsen.
"We are focusing even more on our product and customer success, and empowering people with a history of strong leadership, pushing boundaries and advancing bold ideas, to ensure our clients are poised to take advantage of every opportunity in this shifting environment," said Inside Real Estate CEO Joe Skousen.
It's been a banner year for IRE, Skousen said. The company launched BoldTrail, pulling together its offerings, including recent acquisition BoomTown, into a single ecosystem designed to maximize productivity.
"I'm honored to work with such a talented team, and I look forward to delivering products that continue to lead the industry, in partnership with Inside Real Estate's successful and passionate client community," Laurin said.
Johnsen, meanwhile, will oversee the company's PRODesk service, which provides best practices and coaching for customers. "There is a true passion here for delivering winning outcomes for our clients, and we have an incredible future in front of us," he said.
