5 organizations add custom chatbot built for real estate
Lundy's AI-powered Navigator, a chatbot purpose-built for MLSs and associations, is on a path of expansion, adding five major real estate organizations with "many more" coming online soon, the company said.
First MLS, Realcomp MLS and HiveMLS, along with Bluegrass Realtors and the MetroTex Association of Realtors, have launched Navigator. Unlike ChatGPT, Navigator leverages each entity's own knowledge base to provide custom and consistent answers and support to subscribers and members.
"The Lundy Navigator has revolutionized our operations by transforming our access to governing documents, rules and regulations, and board minutes," said Richard Gibbens, Bluegrass Realtors CEO. "It's made onboarding smoother, enhanced our access to institutional knowledge, and significantly boosted our efficiency."
In addition to online access, Navigator also allows agents to text or call a dedicated number to get immediate and organization-specific information.
Lundy also offers voice-powered home search for consumers.
RentSpree moves past 3 million users, adds Realtor.com syndication
Fast-growing rental software provider RentSpree has surpassed the three-million-user mark on its platform, adding new partnerships and building on existing ones in 2025.
The company recently teamed up with Central Texas MLS, its seventh MLS in Texas, where nearly 100,000 agents have access to its rental application and screening services.
"These new partnerships demonstrate the growing demand for seamless, tech-driven rental solutions," said Michael Lucarelli, CEO of RentSpree. "We are proud to collaborate with leading MLSs, associations, and marketplaces to deliver the best tools for agents, landlords, and renters."
RentSpree is offered by more than 300 top MLSs, associations and brokerages, and it continues to add new features including Homebuyer Insights, which identifies renters who may be ready to make the jump to owning a home. The Space Coast Association of Realtors was the first to offer this capability.
In late January, the software company announced its ninth syndication partnership, adding Realtor.com to the websites sharing their listings for a total reach of nearly 30 million consumers.
